ATTN: Support Group Members

We have sent all current and past members of the Support Groups a Survey Monkey to complete. We would appreciate it if you could take the time to complete it. By answering several questions, you can help us plan the programs and activities we offer to families of children with special needs.

Your feedback and comments will be greatly appreciated and help us plan the kind of program you would like to see.

Thank you for your time!

Viola Waldo
